Please ensure that you select the appropriate service required and the correct size of your pooch. This is important as Tani's Mobile Doggy Wash will only allocate the appropriate time slot based on your booking. If incorrect service or size is selected, Tani's Mobile Doggy Wash staff have the right to cancel the appointment on arrival and a 50% per-service fee will be charged for the loss of wages for our groomers. Please Note: We are no longer servicing large, ex-large, or giant breeds of any age and/or weight, as we believe that it’s important for dogs to have one groomer for life.

Our 'extra services,' such as nails, ear clean, worming and so on, are priced as add-ons to our services only. If you wish to book in one of our 'extra services' on its own, the call-out service must be selected in combination.

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is charged at $1 per service booked, which is non-refundable. The remaining amount is payable on the day of service via cash only.

If you wish to reschedule your booked appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, or a $25 late cancellation fee applies.

New No-Show Policy: A 50% per service charge will apply to ALL no-show appointments, effective May 31st, 2023.

Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged to your card on file. Future appointments will not be honoured if payment is not made.
